The Miracle
One pointed attention, breath control, all these sound like games. Why not have an all-pointed attention instead of one-pointed. Why not let the breath control us, instead of us trying to control it. Or rein it in. Why not let go and let be. All is God. Every bit and every nook. So why bother 'one-pointing' it. Instead how about waking up to the Omnipresence. The Omniscient. Now how's that for Meditation? A vision that sees God everywhere. Lips that sing praise all the time. And a heart that only knows gratefulness. Meditation is not effort. Its the deliverance from effort. And the contortions & stress it brings about. Meditation is not sitting cross legged and putting on piety. Trying to be something, do something. It is the letting go of ourselves, and all formulas we've been handed down, to 'find' God. Even the formula of no-formula is a formula. The method of No-method is still a method. So its unnecessary to get entangled in semantics and nitty gritties. Its a really simple thing actually - Are we seeing God in everything? Is all of creation smelling fragrantly of the divine. Shivering in the vibrance of the All Powerful. Is God the only reality? If yes, you have arrived. Method or No-method. Meditation or No-meditation. If not, you are caught in your own whims and fancies.
If you do not know Life to be the wondrous, all consuming miracle that it is, then you are not living at all. You are then a zombie.
